Duties

• Assist residents or clients with daily activities such as washing, dressing, and mobility support
• Support the development and implementation of personalised care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals
• Monitor and record health conditions, reporting any concerns promptly
• Provide companionship and emotional support to individuals at home
• Help with medication management under supervision, ensuring correct administration
• Maintain a clean and safe environment in accordance with health and safety regulations
• Communicate effectively with residents, family members, and healthcare teams using clear English and good IT skills
• Drive or accompany clients as needed for appointments or outings (driving experience preferred)

Experience

• Previous experience working within a care home or providing home care is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates
• Knowledge of care plans and basic health monitoring techniques is advantageous
• Good communication skills in English are essential for effective interaction with clients and team members
• Familiarity with IT systems used for record-keeping and reporting is beneficial
• A valid driving license is preferred to facilitate transportation duties
