Job Overview
Care Dynamics is seeking dedicated and compassionate Health Care Assistants (HCAs) to join our flexible staffing team, supporting service users across Bournemouth, Christchurch, and Poole. This role offers the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including Care Homes, Residential Homes, and Domiciliary Care environments.
As a zero-hour team member, you will benefit from flexible working hours while making a real difference in the lives of individuals who rely on high-quality, person-centred support.

Duties

  • Support service users with personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting
  • Assist with mobility, transfers, and general day-to-day activities
  • Promote independence, dignity, and choice in all aspects of care
  • Observe and report any changes in physical or emotional wellbeing
  • Work collaboratively with nurses, care staff, families, and external professionals
  • Maintain accurate records in line with internal policies and CQC standards
  • Follow individual care plans and contribute to ongoing care reviews
  • Adhere to safeguarding protocols and health and safety guidelines

Skills & Requirements

  • Previous experience in a care setting (residential, domiciliary, or similar) However, not necessary.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
  • A compassionate, patient, and reliable approach to care
  • Commitment to person-centred care and safeguarding
  • Flexibility to work across a range of shifts and locations
