SUPPORT WORKER/ HEALTHCARE ASSISTANT – CARE HOME CHESHIRE

Staff Partners are seeking experienced and compassionate Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) to join our team delivering exceptional care in a beautiful care home environment supporting older adults.
Whether you are looking for block bookings/full-time/part-time or ad hoc bookings this is something we are able to offer.

• Deliver high-quality care to adults aged 65+ who may be physically frail, living with dementia or Alzheimer’s disease, requiring short stay, longer-term, post-operative, convalescent, palliative, or end-of-life care.
• Assist residents with personal care including washing, dressing, and toileting.
• Support residents with mobility and help them maintain as much independence as possible.
• Assist with nutritional and hydration needs.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and social interaction.
• Observe and report any changes in residents’ physical or emotional condition to nursing staff.
• Accurately document care provided.
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centred care.
