We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our dynamic team. REPORTS TO (Supervisor/manager’s role title) - Duty officer (this is either Senior Care Assistant, Assistant or Deputy Unit Manager, Unit Manager)

• Assist healthcare professionals in delivering patient care, including monitoring vital signs and administering medications.
• Perform intake assessments and document patient information accurately using EHR systems.
• Provide medical administrative support by scheduling appointments and managing patient records.
• Support dermatology, internal medicine, emergency medicine, and surgical teams by preparing patients for examinations and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients by adhering to infection control protocols.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Utilize knowledge of anatomy and physiology to assist in the assessment of patients’ conditions.
• Engage with patients to provide exceptional service and address their needs effectively.
