OVERVIEW

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to patients in various settings, including home care and care homes. Your primary focus will be to assist individuals with their daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being while promoting independence. Strong communication skills and a proactive approach are essential for success in this position.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in home care or a similar role is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with care plans and the ability to implement them effectively.
  • Strong verbal communication skills in English are essential for interacting with patients and colleagues.
  • A valid driving licence is preferred for roles that require travel between locations.
  • A background in working within a care home setting would be advantageous but not mandatory.
