OVERVIEW

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to residents in care homes and clients receiving home care. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to follow care plans, and a commitment to enhancing the well-being of those in our care. A driving licence is preferred, as some roles may involve travel between locations.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in a care home or home care setting is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are crucial for effective interaction with residents, families, and team members.
  • Basic IT skills for maintaining records and accessing care plans are beneficial.
  • A valid driving licence is preferred for roles that require travel between locations.
  • A caring attitude with a genuine desire to help others is essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility support.
