We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals in their homes or care facilities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. SKILLS

  • Previous experience in home care or a similar role is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
  • Familiarity with IT systems for maintaining care records and documentation.
  • Understanding of care plans and the ability to implement them effectively.
  • A valid driving licence is preferred to facilitate transportation for clients.

Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation.
  • Support clients with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety at all times.
  • Help with feeding as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided and update care plans accordingly.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in home care practices.
