LV Community are looking for Health Care Assistants to join the team, to be responsible for providing high-quality care to Service Users, in-line with the highest regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities include:-

  • To work as part of a care team providing high-quality care
  • To carry out tasks in a way that will demonstrate respect for dignity & privacy, irrespective of the severity of disability or personal circumstances
  • To be aware of any deterioration in physical or mental health, reporting to the Deputy/Registered Manager appropriately
  • To carry out personal care tasks as specified within the Care Plan(s)
