Location: Goring, Oxfordshire
Salary: £28,000 – £29,000 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Day & Night shifts on a 4-week rota)
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

  Are you a compassionate, dedicated Healthcare Assistant looking for a rewarding role in a supportive and professional environment? We are seeking an experienced individual to join our care team in beautiful Goring, Oxfordshire.

ABOUT THE ROLE

In this key position, you will assist and support patients to access and make full use of our rehabilitation services, promoting health and well-being throughout their recovery. You will play a vital part in ensuring safety for patients, staff, and visitors while delivering high-quality care.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support patients’ rehabilitation journey and promote access to health services
• Carry out basic nursing assessments and obtain baseline observations
• Support the Health & Wellbeing Practitioners and Registered Nurses in welcoming new admissions
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records
• Follow infection control procedures and ensure safety protocols are adhered to
