JOB SUMMARY

Blossomfield Rose Care Home are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistants to join their team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting individuals in care homes and home care settings, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care. This position requires strong communication skills, a commitment to following care plans, and the ability to work effectively within a team. A valid driving licence is preferred for this role.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in a care home or home care setting is advantageous but not essential.
  • Familiarity with care plans and the ability to follow them accurately is preferred.
  • Proficiency in English is required for effective communication with residents and team members.
  • Strong IT skills are beneficial for maintaining records and using electronic systems.

Responsibilities
