We are seeking compassionate and dedicated healthcare assistant for days to provide exceptional care and support to individuals in need. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by assisting with daily activities and ensuring their well-being.

WEEKDAYS £12.50 WEEKENDS £ 13.30

Springfield’s Nursing home is a recognised quality Nursing home in the Copford area of Colchester Essex, We are currently looking for full time Health care assistant for days ,and will include alternate weekends. All applicants must be flexible in their working hours to meet the needs of the home and residents. Experience is preferred but not essential as training is provided that would engage each prospective employee in undertaking the care certificate or QCF level 2 certificate in social care. The client base in the nursing home covers a wide spectrum of care needs that include Residential frail care, End of Life Care, and Respite care.

The main duties will cover.

• Full assistance in all personal care
• Assisted dining.
• Interaction and social engagement.
• Care plan reviews.
• Involvement in clinical audit’s.
