JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to patients in a care home or home care setting, ensuring their comfort and well-being. This role requires effective communication skills, a strong understanding of care plans, and the ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals. A valid driving licence is preferred for this position.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in a care home or home care setting is advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work well within a team and demonstrate empathy towards patients.
  • Basic IT skills for documentation and record-keeping purposes.
  • A valid driving licence is preferred to facilitate travel between care locations.
