We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to patients in various settings, including care homes and home care environments. SKILLS

  • Proficient IT skills for maintaining electronic records and communication.
  • Experience in home care or care home settings is highly desirable.
  • Ability to create and follow detailed care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and colleagues.
  • A compassionate approach towards patient care with a strong sense of empathy.
  • Valid driving licence is preferred for transporting patients when necessary.
