JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to individuals in need, ensuring their comfort and well-being in their Homes . This role requires effective communication skills, the ability to drive, and own a car , and a willingness to assist with various daily activities. A background in Care knowledge or and Experience is advantageous.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience as a caregiver or in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
  • Valid Full UK driver’s licence with the ability to drive .
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and their families.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • A genuine passion for helping others and providing high-quality care.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends .

Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversations and activities.
  • Support clients with mobility Needs.
  • Prepare meals and assist with dietary requirements as needed.
  • Administer medication as prescribed and monitor clients’ health conditions.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals regarding care plans and any changes in client status.
  • Document care provided and report any concerns or incidents promptly.
