We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistants to join our team. In this role, you will provide care in clients’ own homes.
Your primary focus will be on assisting individuals with their daily activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being while promoting independence. This position requires effective communication skills and the ability to follow care plans meticulously.

SKILLS

  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written, for effective communication with clients and colleagues.
  • Knowledge of care plans and the ability to follow them accurately is essential.
  • Experience in domiciliary care settings is preferred
  • Basic IT skills for maintaining client records and communicating with the healthcare team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and their families.
  • Driver’s license and access to vehicle is essential.
