What you'll be doing:

• Providing high-quality, person-centred care to our residents.
• Assisting with personal care while always promoting dignity and independence.
• Supporting residents with meals, hydration and daily routines.
• Building meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
• Encouraging residents to participate in activities and enjoy fulfilling days.
• Working as part of a supportive team to deliver exceptional care.
• Maintaining accurate care records and following care plans.

• A genuinely caring and compassionate nature.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliability, honesty and a positive attitude.
• The ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Previous care experience is welcomed but not essential—we provide full training for the right person.
