SUMMARY

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team at Glencarron Nursing Home. In this role, you will provide essential support to our residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being while contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional care.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in a healthcare or care home setting is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with residents and their families.
  • Basic IT skills for documentation and communication purposes.
  • A compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others.
  • Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.
