OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care and support within various healthcare settings, including hospitals, clinics, and urgent care facilities. This position requires a strong understanding of medical terminology, patient service skills, and the ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments.

EXPERIENCE

Candidates should possess the following skills and experiences:

  • Familiarity with ICD coding and medical terminology is essential.
  • Experience in hospital settings, particularly within Level I or Level II trauma centers, is highly desirable.
  • Previous roles in urgent care or outpatient clinics will be advantageous.
  • Basic life support certification is required; additional certifications related to geriatrics or pediatric intensive care (PICU) are a plus.
  • Knowledge of X-ray procedures and OR experience is beneficial for specific roles within our team.
