OVERVIEW

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to patients in a variety of settings, including home care and care homes. Your primary focus will be on assisting individuals with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being while adhering to care plans. EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in home care or a care home setting is desirable but not essential.
  • A good command of English is required for effective communication with patients and colleagues.
  • Familiarity with creating and following care plans is advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and their families.
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to the varying needs of patients.
