JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals in care homes and home care settings, assisting with daily living activities and ensuring the highest standard of care is maintained. Your ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with healthcare professionals will be vital in delivering personalised care plans tailored to each individual’s needs.

SKILLS

  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written, to ensure effective communication with residents and team members.
  • Strong IT skills for maintaining records and using electronic care management systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding towards residents’ needs.
  • Experience in a care home or home care setting is advantageous but not essential.
  • Ability to understand and implement care plans effectively.
