JOB SUMMARY:

Tova Home Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Korean-speaking Health Care Aide (HCA) to provide in-home respite care. This role is focused on supporting a client for 6 hours every Wednesday with daily activities, companionship, and personal care, helping families get the rest and support they need.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Experience in in-home care, senior care, or respite care preferred
• Experience with dementia or disabilities is an asset
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable
• Fluent in Korean – required

• Provide personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Assist with meals and ensure proper nutrition
• Engage clients in meaningful conversation and activities
• Monitor health and report any changes
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment
