JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team. SKILLS

• Proficient in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong IT skills for maintaining records and using healthcare software systems.
• One years of experience in a care home or home care setting is advantageous but not essential.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being capable of working independently.

• Support the implementation of individual care plans tailored to each resident’s needs.
• Maintain accurate records of patient progress and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents, promoting their mental well-being.
• Ensure a clean and safe environment by adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Drive to various locations as required for home care assignments, ensuring timely arrival at appointments.
