• Working closely with her family and the wider clinical team.

What are we looking for?

• At least 6 months' experience as a Healthcare Assistant or Support Worker.
• A kind, patient and naturally engaging personality.
• Someone proactive, creative and confident using their initiative.
• A genuine interest in music, activities and community engagement.
• Excellent observation skills and a calm approach to changing needs.
• Willingness to learn individual communication methods and assistive technology.
• Confidence supporting someone with epilepsy, mobility needs and a high risk of falls.
• A commitment to dignity, independence and person-centred care.
• Comfortable working in a family home with a large dog.
