JOB SUMMARY

Carey Care is seeking an experienced, compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team at Hill House in Kenley. The successful candidate will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to residents in a care home setting, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to follow care plans, and a commitment to delivering exceptional home care services.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in a care home or home care setting is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong communication skills in English are required for effective interaction with residents and team members.
  • A valid driving licence is advantageous for transportation of residents as needed.
  • Basic IT skills for maintaining records and using healthcare software applications.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also demonstrating initiative when required.

Responsibilities
