BACKGROUND

Refuah Medical Centre (“RMC”) is a brand new private outpatient medical centre built over two floors of the Brenner Centre in Stamford Hill. The purpose of the centre is to provide a local urgent care and minor ailments facility for the local community. There is a burgeoning demand for high quality, purpose-built, medical care facilities in the area with an acute shortage of GP coverage and urgent care provision by the NHS. RMC intends to fill the gap in the market and provide an all-in-one facility.

The centre consists of:

• a private GP practice with GPs and resident specialist medical consultants. The Practice consists of four consulting rooms including an ultra-sound facility;
• a private minor injuries unit (MIU) staffed by a doctor and nursing staff. The unit consists of four consulting rooms, a plaster room and an Xray unit.

We’re looking for someone who has the drive, skills and experience to join our team and who together will establish this centre as a successful innovative private practice.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting healthcare professionals in providing direct patient care
- Taking vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
- Assisting with patient mobility and transfers
- Assisting with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Maintaining a clean and safe patient environment
- Documenting patient information and reporting any changes in condition to the healthcare team
- Providing emotional support to patients and their families
