  • Drive or accompany clients on errands or appointments, ensuring safe transportation and adherence to schedules
  • Maintain clear, professional communication with team members, clients, and their families about care progress
  • Use IT systems to document care activities accurately and efficiently in compliance with organizational policies

Experience

  • Previous experience working in a care home or providing home care is highly desirable
  • Strong driving skills with a valid license for safe transportation duties
  • Familiarity with creating or following care plans to deliver consistent support
  • Proficiency in using IT systems for record-keeping and communication purposes
  • Excellent communication skills in English to effectively interact with clients, families, and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments
  • A caring attitude combined with reliability and professionalism to uphold high standards of care
