Willows Health has a fantastic opportunity for Health Care Assistants to join our highly experienced and multi-disciplinary team of clinicians! We have part-time and full-time vacancies available, offering a £13 per hour.
Willows Health is the largest primary care provider in Leicester with over 65 000 patients across 11 sites, with caring for the health of our patients being at the forefront of what we do.
Our mission is to revolutionise healthcare across Leicester, whilst providing quality healthcare by our expertly qualified executive team and clinicians to ensure that not only do our patients receive the right treatment, but also in a timely manner.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

  • a caring and responsible attitude.
  • sensitivity and sympathy, with the ability to respect each patient’s dignity and sense of independence.
  • patience and tact.
  • communication skills to support the patient and give reassurance.
  • practical skills and a willingness to do messy tasks.

DESIRABLE SKILLS

  • Experience working in general practice
  • Experience with using SystmOne
    Must be available to work between the hours of 08:00-18:30 Monday - Friday. Currently no weekends, although may change in the future.
