OVERVIEW

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals in a care home or home care setting, ensuring their comfort and well-being. You will work closely with healthcare professionals to implement care plans and assist clients with daily activities, promoting their independence and quality of life.

SKILLS

  • Experience in home care or a similar setting is preferred but not essential.
  • Proficient in English for effective communication with clients and team members.
  • Basic IT skills for maintaining records and using healthcare software systems.
  • Ability to drive is advantageous for transporting clients when necessary.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and their families.
  • Understanding of care plans and the ability to follow them accurately.
  • A compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others.
