Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team in providing compassionate care to individuals in our home in Coventry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and ensuring the well-being of patients.
Duties:- Assist in the implementation of care plans for patients- Provide support to residents - Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals- Utilise IT systems for patient documentation- Support individuals with daily activities- Maintain accurate records of patient care
Experience:- Previous experience in a care-related role is desirable- Familiarity with care plans and patient support - Proficient in basic IT skills for documentation purposes- Excellent command of the English language
