As a Care Assistant at Indiana Healthcare Services, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients. Located in the Torpoint area, you will provide compassionate support to service users in their own home, ensuring that each individual receives the personalized attention they deserve.

• Provide personal care and emotional support throughout the night
• Assist residents in their own home with night-time routines, toileting, repositioning, and comfort checks
• Monitor resident wellbeing and promptly report any concerns
• Work closely with nursing staff to ensure each individual’s care plan is followed
• Keep accurate records and maintain a clean, calm, and safe environment
