Key responsibilities:Providing personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, while maintaining residents' dignity and privacy
Assisting residents with mobility and ensuring their safety and comfort at all times
Supporting residents with daily activities and encouraging independence wherever possible
Promoting social engagement, companionship, and participation in meaningful activities
Monitoring, recording, and reporting changes in residents' health and wellbeing
Working collaboratively with nurses and the wider care team to deliver high-quality care
