Key Responsibilities: Provide personal care to patients including assistance with hygiene, dressing, eating, and mobility. Support patients emotionally and physically, ensuring comfort and dignity at all times. Observe and report changes in patients' condition to nursing staff promptly. Assist with implementing care plans as directed by healthcare professionals. Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the care environment. Offer companionship and provide emotional support to patients and their families. Experience in a healthcare or caregiving role is preferred but not essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A compassionate, patient-focused attitude with a strong sense of empathy. Ability to work flexibly, including weekends, evenings, and nights as required. Willingness to undergo relevant background checks and training.
