As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate and personalized care to individuals in need, fostering their well-being and enhancing their quality of life. Responsibilities

Personal Care: Assist and support individuals with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
Provide support with mobility and transfer, ensuring safety and comfort.
Health Monitoring: Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes to the healthcare team.
Companionship: Engage in meaningful conversations and activities to provide emotional and social support.
Foster a positive and friendly environment to enhance the overall well-being of individuals.
Meal Assistance: Assist residents with mealtimes, adhering to dietary requirements and preferences.
Monitor nutritional intake and report any concerns to the relevant healthcare staff.
Household Support: Maintain a clean and organized living space for individuals.
Assist with light housekeeping tasks, laundry, and other domestic responsibilities.
Communication: Maintain clear and open communication with individuals, their families, and the healthcare team.
Document care activities and observations accurately in accordance with organizational protocols.
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other care professionals, such as nurses, therapists, and social workers.
Attend team meetings and participate in care planning sessions.
Emergency Response: Respond promptly and appropriately to emergencies, following established protocols.
Ensure the safety and well-being of individuals during crisis situations.
