JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance. The ideal candidate will have experience in care, home care, or hospice care, and possess a genuine desire to improve the quality of life for those they serve. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort and well-being of clients in various settings.

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, feeding and grooming.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients’ quality of life.
• Assist with mobility needs
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
• Document care provided and report any changes in clients’ conditions to healthcare professionals.
• Support clients with personal care needs while respecting their dignity and privacy.
• Previous experience in care, home care, or hospice care is preferred.
• Knowledge of first aid procedures is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
• A caring attitude with a commitment to providing high-quality care.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Flexibility in working hours to accommodate client needs.
• Relevant certifications in caregiving or nursing are beneficial but not mandatory.
