OVERVIEW

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team. This role is vital in providing high-quality care to our residents in a care home environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of care plans, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. A driving licence is preferred as the role may involve travel for home care visits.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in a care home or home care setting is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong communication skills, with proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Basic IT skills for maintaining records and documentation.
  • A valid driving licence is an advantage for roles involving travel between locations.
  • A caring attitude with a genuine interest in supporting individuals with diverse needs.
