We are recruiting for Care Assistants for permanent positions for a residential care home based just outside of Peterborough on the north side.
Please note the care home operate on a week one and week two rota offering 28 hours one week and 21 hours on week two. Please do not apply if you are on sponsorship or a student visa as you are restricted to 20 hours a week. THE CLIENT DOES NOT OFFER SPONSORSHIP.
All applicants must be suitably qualified in the form of a Care Certificate, NVQ or Diploma and must be able to work 3pm till 10pm. We can also offer 4.30pm till 9pm.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in a care home environment is desirable.
• Familiarity with care plans and the ability to follow them accurately.
• Strong communication skills in English are essential for effective interaction with clients and team members.
• A valid driving license is preferred but not essential.
• Proficiency in IT skills will be beneficial for maintaining records and managing schedules.
