We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care across various medical settings, including outpatient clinics, urgent care facilities, and hospitals. This position requires a strong understanding of medical terminology, patient service skills, and the ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in healthcare settings such as hospitals, care homes or domiciliary care.
• Familiarity with medical administrative support tasks including maintaining patient records is advantageous.
• Proficiency in using online systems for documentation and communication purposes.
