JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team to cover from 18.00hrs to 22.00hrs. In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals in care homes and home care settings, ensuring their comfort and well-being. You will work closely with other healthcare staff and assist clients with daily activities, promoting their independence and quality of life.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in a care home or home care setting is desirable but not essential.
  • A strong understanding of care plans and the ability to follow them accurately is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication skills in English are required for effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
  • Driving experience is advantageous for transporting clients as needed.
