OVERVIEW

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to patients in a care home or home care setting, ensuring their comfort and well-being. You will work closely with healthcare professionals to implement care plans and assist with daily living activities. Strong communication skills and the ability to drive are essential for this position.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in a care home or home care setting is desirable but not essential.
  • Familiarity with care plans and the ability to follow them accurately.
  • Strong command of English for effective communication with patients and staff.
  • A valid driving licence is preferred for transporting patients when necessary.
  • A caring attitude and the ability to empathise with patients from diverse backgrounds.
