SKILLS

  • Monitor and document changes in clients’ health status and report any concerns to healthcare professionals.
  • Assist with mobility and transfers, including heavy lifting when necessary.
  • Administer first aid as required and ensure a safe environment for clients.
  • Engage clients in social activities and encourage participation to promote mental stimulation.
  • Support behaviour management strategies as needed to ensure a positive experience for clients.
