JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team. SKILLS

• Strong understanding of care plans and the ability to implement them effectively.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Experience working in a care home or home care setting is advantageous.
• Ability to drive is preferred for roles involving home visits.
• Proficient IT skills for maintaining records and communicating with the healthcare team.

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility support.
• Implement and follow care plans as directed by healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate records of patient care and report any changes in residents’ conditions.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members to ensure a high standard of care.
• Support residents in social activities and encourage their participation in community events.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all residents.
• Drive to different locations as required for home care visits.
