Beechcroft Care Homes Ltd are looking for 2 experienced, competent, confident and flexible Health Care Assistant to join our Support Team, working between 18-20 hours per week. You’ll work across our four care homes, which are all within walking distance from each other around Cary Park in Torquay. You’ll enjoy variety in your work, stepping in to cover both day and night shifts for annual leave and absences — ensuring our residents always receive the highest standard of care. We provide a supportive environment and management structure with ongoing training and development. We have strong leadership and teams in each of our homes so that you will always feel supported. All our homes have a Good CQC rating.
