Responsibilities
  • Provide compassionate and personalized care to clients, assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
  • Support clients with mobility assistance, transfers, and positioning as needed.
  • Administer medication and assist with medication reminders under the direction of healthcare professionals.
  • Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and light household tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Engage clients in meaningful activities and companionship to promote socialization and mental stimulation.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare team members to ensure coordinated care and client satisfaction.
