OVERVIEW

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals in care homes and home care settings, ensuring their comfort and well-being. You will be responsible for assisting with daily activities, implementing care plans, and fostering a positive environment for those in your care. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals are essential.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in a care home or home care setting is preferred but not essential.
  • A strong understanding of care plans and the ability to follow them accurately.
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal, with excellent communication skills.
  • Basic IT skills for maintaining records and documentation.
  • A valid driving licence is advantageous for roles involving home visits.
  • A compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others is crucial for success in this role.
    Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
    Pay: £12.21-£13.00 per hour

  • Drive to various locations as required for home care visits.
