OVERVIEW

We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Healthcare Assistant to provide overnight support in a waking night capacity. This role involves supporting a client with specific care needs in their home, ensuring their safety, comfort, and wellbeing throughout the night.. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to a female client with cognitive decline, ensuring their comfort and well-being. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, and a commitment to delivering personalised care plan for the client.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in a home care setting is desirable
  • A strong command of English is required for effective communication with client and staff.
  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team while also being able to take initiative when necessary.
  • Proficiency in IT skills for record keeping and communication purposes is an advantage.
