OVERVIEW

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients, whether in a care home setting or through home care services. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of care plans, and the ability to work effectively with both clients and healthcare professionals. A valid driving licence is preferred to facilitate travel between care locations.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in a care home or home care setting is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of care plans and the ability to follow them accurately.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient IT skills for managing documentation and client records.
  • A valid driving licence is preferred for travel between client locations.
  • A compassionate nature with a commitment to providing high-quality care to individuals in need.
