Responsibilities
  • You will assist clients in all activities of daily living to maximise wellbeing and promote choice, independence and dignity.
  • Engage with clients in a supportive and encouraging manner, fostering meaningful connections through shared recreational activities.
  • Support healthcare professionals as needed and monitor client progress.
  • Maintain accurate records of client care and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
  • Compassionate and person centred approach to care
  • Drive to various locations to provide care services as needed.
  • Provide personalised care to clients
  • Ensured a safe and clean environment for clients, adhering to health and safety regulations.
