REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ months experience in a care home or home care setting.
• Strong communication skills in English to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Candidates MUST have a driving licence and have access to their own car
• Basic IT skills for documentation and communication purposes.

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management.
• Support clients in maintaining their independence while ensuring their safety and comfort.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate records of client care plans and progress notes.
• Participate in training sessions and shadow shifts to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Drive to various locations as needed to provide care services.
