JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals in their own homes. You will assist with daily living activities, shopping duties and appointments, implement care plans, and promote a positive environment for our clients. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals are essential. This role is working on an independent basis.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in a care home or home care setting is preferred but not essential
  • Familiarity with care plans and the ability to follow them accurately
  • Proficiency in English for effective communication with clients and colleagues
  • A valid driving licence is essential for driving between clients and transporting them when necessary
