Responsibilities

As a Care Worker, your role will involve supporting people in their own homes with:

  • Personal care (washing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
  • Meal preparation and feeding assistance
  • Medication support (as trained and directed)
  • Monitoring and reporting any changes in health or wellbeing
  • Companionship and emotional support
  • Mobility support, including using equipment safely
  • Light domestic duties to maintain a safe environment
  • Accurate record keeping and reporting

Additional Information:

  • Experience is preferred but not essential—full training is provided

  • A full driving licence and own transport is highly desirable due to the nature of domiciliary visits
